ExcelR offers two days of Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification and Training for both individuals and corporate employees. Lean Six Sigma certification training is delivered by experienced and one of the best Six Sigma trainers in the industry. Training will be driven on Minitab and practical exposure is assured with a classroom project. Lean Six Sigma is devised to incorporate the concepts of Lean (reduce waste) and Six Sigma (reduce variation). The concepts of these methodologies complement each other and produce a synergistic impact in achieving profound results. The results are so outstanding that it increases both the bottom-line (profits) and the top-line (increase in business). Organizations that have used Lean Six Sigma methodology have often achieved the uncommon by exponentially increasing the profits by keeping the operating costs the lowest and maintaining the highest quality.
Lean Six Sigma Green and Black Belt certification is driven using DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) methodology whereas Master Black Belt certification is delivered majorly on DMADV (Define, Measure, Analyze, Design, Validate) methodology. DMADV is also called DFSS (Design for Six Sigma). The training is driven on the statistical tool – Minitab, which is used by greater than four-fifths of Fortune 100 companies. This goes to say that the opportunities are umpteen for a person with good Minitab working knowledge.
We at ExcelR provide you the perfect exposure to learn and showcase your skills on not just Lean Six Sigma but also Minitab tutorial. Having knowledge on Lean Six Sigma as well as statistical tools such as Minitab, SPSS, SAS, R, R Studio, Stata, MATLAB, etc., provides an opportunity to pursue luring jobs with great salaries. We are committed to always stay on top of the developments in every space of learning to bring you the best from the best trainers in industry.
